I've been using these sites for awhile now, so I thought I would share

http://www.liveplasma.com - Put in your favorite Song/Artist/Band/Movie and it will suggest ones that are similar.

http://www.pandora.com - Put in your favorite Song/Artist/Band and it will usually play one song from them, then start playing songs that a similar to it!

Wow. I think Pandora is just about the coolest thing I've seen on the web in the last couple years. I had studied automatic classification of images and video, but hadn't thought of it from a music standpoint.

lol, that's funny, I always thought it would be cool to be able to classify music like this, video and images had been done long ago and I figured that had been exhausted!
