My Hydra was tuned by Phil at Element. I've been working on a review of both the Hydra and of Phil for... 6 months now, haha. One day it will make it up to the site! I will tell you, I have had VERY few (as in maybe 3) counts of knock since I put the Hydra in. The tune he gave me was unbelievable.
