Interesting! Matt (Thermobox) was a big part of the original MegaMeets. I know those saw a couple of thousand cars, so I have to wonder if 500 parking spaces is going to be enough!

Oh, it will be big enough! This is a great and not so great idea. We had permits and cops present as security. When things got rowdy or we had to close the meet down the cops would help out. There were only a couple of incidents where we actually needed them to act as police.
I hope that everyone will get together and play nice but I know what happens when you get that much testosterone in one place.
