I should add that I've never quite liked the looks of Ferraris. They are far from ugly.... But they have never jumped out at me as being particularly gorgeous. This on the other hand is HOT! The hood vents, the black accents, the rear splitter. They combine to make this an especially beautiful car.

the only current production Ferrari I really like it the 548 Italia, but damn if the 599 doesn't sound like a BEAST on the track!

Next Ferrari 599 to be Fastest Ferrari Ever with 700 HP
Next year Ferrari is going to replace the 599, with a replacement that could have up to 700 horsepower.
According to one insider, "If you look at where we went from the F430 to the 458, and from the 612 Scaglietti to the FF, it is not hard to see where we want the next 599 to be. We are not looking for a small step."
Another source claims that it's entirely possible for the next 599 to have 700 horsepower, since the motor in the FF puts out 651 horsepower, which is 120 more than the old 612 Scaglietti.
The next 599 will be powered by a version of the 6.3-liter V12 that is also currently used by the FF. The engine is based on the original 599/ Enzo engine and is capable of 850-hp in the FXX Evoluzione.
Although the FF has all-wheel-drive, the next 599 will stick with a rear-wheel-drive setup.
