FS VA 2000 Honda Accord SE 4dr

Posting this up for a relative but the car is in my posession. She's given up the car as she's no longer able to drive. We will have Power of Attorney and the title in hand to process the sale on her behalf (by this weekend, if not sooner).
Details:
Model Year = 2000
Mileage = 112k
Transmission = auto
Color = maroon/tan interior
Edmunds shows $3500 is a fair price for Private Party. Carmax offered $2k (they'll just wholesale it). $1200 was just spent on it at the dealer for a new battery and cables (corroded) and 120k mile service. In retrospect, that was silly but rest assured that maintenance is up to date. Best offer over Carmax's offer will be accepted.
We have a scanned AutoCheck report on it - shows a front end collision in 2005. I believe there was also a minor incident in 2008 but it's not listed.
This would be a great commuter or 'winter' car for those with projects in the works. I think my aunt put 30k miles on it in almost six years....lots of life left in it.
