...yesterday around 6:30pm. White bugeye WRX sedan with roof rack (and possibly a kayak attachment) turning from Carlin Springs onto Glebe Rd.
Hang up the phone and drive! j/k
I was "hidden" behind some cars waiting to turn onto Carlin Springs so there's no way you could've seen me.
