Oh, and let it be super user friendly. The people that will be using it are morons (and, yes, not me...I know someone will say something if I left that open).

Platform?
Bandwidth/Latency requirements?
Approximate file sizes? Are we talking ISOs or .doc files?
Just email them a password protected zip file... That'll do it.

Turns out they are already utilizing a purchased PGP software and the manager didn't know it.

For those that still might wonder about this stuff, gpg/winpt is great if you don't want to have to pay an arm and a leg!

truecrypt is fine for volumes, but that approach may not be the most user-friendly...
if it is more transit encryption, they could use dropbox (free up to 2gb). it is not encrypted at rest though, just in transit....
