Yeah, seeing as how it's made by Tata I'd assume the car is targeted to people looking for enclosed scooters.

We are definately not their target market. Hell, even the U.S. and the whole of Europe are not their target market. It's supposed to be for emerging markets where the cost of even basic cars is still too much for the average person. It's an interesting piece of engineering - as in designing to a price point - but doesn't excel in much else.
