Yea, its tempting... but I think I'll wait, eeePC has their convertible tablet/netbook coming out in the spring.

Ours worked out to $319. If I had the $319, I'd have bought it right then and there. It's a great "motorcycle computer." I worry about my macbook being in my backpack, but with some skanky dell in there, I don't mind so much. I also find my employer expects me to do more if I have all my tools with me (this is hard to explain, but basically my Mac laptop has every tool I need to do anything I know how to do professionally – by bringing "their" laptop, e.g., work's, or a laptop that doesn't include all my toys and tools, I ensure that I get paid for everything I do/develop).Sabre wrote:Damn, priced the way I want it it's over $600

Hm my build was $369. If I wasn't trying to conserve money to fix my two broken cars I'd probably check-out right now.
