My thought exactly. The thought of a "speed boost" button that you have to race to recharge is straight out of something from an arcade. Looks like this will be an interesting change for F1snaab wrote:That's badass! And 80 extra electric horsepower? This looks like a videogame concept

the idea of the speed boost is to encourage teams to use and further develop the energy recovery system. I think it's a great idea considering the budgets of most F1 teams and the size/weight restrictions of the sport itself.
