EDIT: Nevermind. Just read some of the article. That's unreal. Three center channels, SIXTEEN subwoofers at 18 inches each?!?!

I saw that, too. It sure looks like it.

Oh, and Macintosh is overpriced and over-hyped. But I still wouldn't turn down anything they make.

Have you ever critically listened to McI stuff before? Just curious. I'll agree with the overpriced part though.

Well, what a waste of money that could better the world :roll: but if planned correctly, you can utilize bits of the components for at least 5-10 years...that is the plus side of separate components. Amps and speakers aren't going to get much better that fast. It is all about the video and audio processing...but that is what rs232 ports and upgradeable card slots are for...but in the end they are all just computers anyhoo :wink:

...but I still think it is pretty sweet :mrgreen:
