Spotted: Julian's STi at Worldgate!!.

I saw Julian's STi parked in the garage at Worldgate in Herndon at around 5:15 pm this evening. I also saw a blue 2.5 RS with MD tags and a huge black wing in the garage. Anyone know of this car?. It looked like the front lip had a darker blue color also.

I was there between 11:45-2:30 (lunch, gym etc.).
