Everyone said I was crazy and mistaken when I said there was a 370z in the works.
Im sure it'll be just as decent.. and I'm sure I still won't want one.

To jump from 350->370, I was really thinking the styling would be much different. I'm hoping that they shaved a lot of weight off the porker (the 350) to get it down to something more reasonable. They allude to it, but never mention how much. The new engine should be very nice!

Isn't it just based off the G37 just as the 350 was based off hte G35?

The rear end sorta makes me think of the butt of the M6. Sorta like a BMW made it with an Infinity and this is what popped out.

G37 is the same platform as the G35/350z/FX/etc. it's named for the new 3.7 liter displacement of nissan's v6 just like the 370z. the 370z is going to be 200 to 300 lbs lighter.

In theory, it went 240, 260, 280, 300, 350. Either the next step should be 400 or 370. Or you could say it stopped with 240 (or 280).

Ah! There's a pattern! Fibonacci would be proud.
