SOLD: (NoVA) 2004 Subaru WRX STi - Silver - $18k OBO
For Sale: 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX STi
65k miles
Silver/Silver wheels
Car is in very good condition. Located in Burke, VA. Very clean. Original owner. Title in hand. No major accidents. Mildly modified - Stromung Divorced Wastegate Downpipe. Dyno Tuned. Made 287whp/287lb-ft on dyno. A-pillar gauge cluster includes boost gauge, air/fuel gauge, oil pressure gauge. Premium sound - Memphis Audio speakers in the front, wired for subwoofer. Tires are in good condition. Minor/typical "battle scars" - curb rash on wheels, a few dings, paint scrape on passenger side rear quarter panel.

Maybe craigslist or autotrader.
Took me 2 weeks to sell my evo on autotrader.
I'd be worried that a dealer would give you shit for trade in.
BMW was offering me 13k for an 06 MR, in this kind of condition : http://www.flickr.com/photos/30114567@N06/
Best I could talk them into was into "considering 16k".
The dealer told me that they base their trade in prices on how much it would cost them to buy that same car at a dealer auction. (pennies on the dollar).
The "we buy cars" companies were offering me around 21.5k.
I sold it for 25k to a normal person.
Anyways, that was my experience.
