According to a recent InfoWeek article, Boarder Agents can search *any* computer they want, without reason or scrutiny. That's gonna be pretty yuk.

another article in WIRED a while back stated that they can also copy ALL of your data, again without probable cause. welcome to the land of the free...

You think anything would happen to them if they decided to copy off from machines with little red stickers on them?

When you have to follow the configuration control of the org that owns the machines you are carying, you can't do shlits to their shlit.
