As the title says, I am looking for a swap (possibly since I think my engine is going).

I would like any type of swap as long as it is under $3000 and includes the following:

Complete Motor
Complete Harness
Ecu
Fuel tank w/ Pump and Controller w/ all solenoid
Front X-member
Exhaust w/ 02 Sensors

I don't have a turnkey solution for you, but I have a crap load of parts, minus the cross-member.

If you are looking to get something to complete an otherwise good offer, let me know. If you want to build up an engine, well, I have two blocks and a set of heads for you to choose from

I would love to piece together my build but since I need to wire my whole car, I would rather worry about that later.

If I could I would piece together the following: (target 300whp/wtq)

WRX heads
2.2ltr block stroked to 2.35ltrs
VF-43
STi TMIC
GrimmSpeed External Wastegate Up Pipe w/ TIAL 38mm Wastegate
Complete exhaust from the UK for a GC (downpipe to tip)
AccessPort or Ecutek
Then all supporting mods like injectors and stuff.

Well, I have the STi and WRX intake manifolds, STi ver7 heads(need 1 new exhaust cam), 3 engine wiring harnesses, two ECUs, two fuel delivery harnesses and a semi-closed 2.5L block that needs a new cyl liner on #3. In addition to other stuff, but just letting you know if you end up needing anything.
