FS: 2001 Subaru RS coupe...

Hey all,
First post here...
It pains me to sell my RS, but I've decided to make a move to an R32. I'm honestly sad to see my RS go, but I'll make sure it goes to a good home.
Anyhow, here's the stats:
2001 (bought in Jan 01)
Blue
Coupe
5-speed
almost 90k miles
Stock stuff:
Leather seats - some boster wear on driver's entry side
Interior carpet is in rough shape, but livable
No tint
Front bumper has usual wear
Ding in driver's side door
Mods:
Ganzflow intake
Rallispec exhaust
Borla Type IV headers
WRX front brakes
"H-6" rear brake upgrade with Hawk pads
18mm rear sway
Eibach prokit
KYB 8/4-way adjustables
11lb flywheel
WRX 6-cd changer
Kartboy shifter
Painted sideskirts and rear spats
JDM corner markers
clear side markers
clear bumper turn signals
Whiteline (generic) steering bushings
Kartboy exhaust hangers
Hidden Trailer Hitch
SOA stuff:
Keyless entry
armrest
Maintence stuff:
25k miles on a new coil pack and wires
25k miles on new battery
45k miles on a new clutch & flywheel
20k miles on new front brakes
Accident disclosure:
Stupid neighbor backed the rear-mounted spare tire of his SUV into the hood. Replaced the hood and painted the hood and blended the front fenders. Lifetime warranty on the work (dunno if it's transferrable).
Racing disclosure:
I autocrossed maybe a half dozen times when I first got it (<20k miles). I haven't seen any ill effects.
For what it's worth, everybody who sees it tells me it's the cleanest RS they've seen recently.
Located in Springfield, VA.
Bottom line: $12,000 obo
Think it's too much? Make me an offer. Still think it's too much? Find a better deal and jump on it.
