2009 Forester

Post by Cereb Daithi »

Got to drive it today and mess around with it for a bit. I'm not the biggest fan of the looks (the 2008 Forester XT sport w/ STi package that I drove today is still my favorite) but it has potential. The interior is nice although I'm not sure if the redesigned gauge cluster is for me. The ride is smooth and a bit more soft than previous years (yeah I know it's starting to soundl ike a broken record)

Overall I'd give it a B+ It's right in line with Subaru's new push to create a new image.

Check it out when it comes to your dealers.

2009 is for my mom. The new XT looks like the Mitsu Outlander and doesn't even have a manual...but it is nice if you like that stuff (i.e. no fun!)

SOA WTF is my FSTI? Sorry, just bothers me a little.
