i have a pc at the office with a quadro fx 1500m that's having problems running orbital simulations (which are compute and video intense). but it looks a lot to me like a driver issue for reasons i can't discuss. i asked the user, well, have you ever, you know, run a game on it? so i need to know the framerate the fucker can put out and for how long, as HP and others are thinking it's an overheating issue.

so i'd like to borrow crysis or COD4 or whatever people are hurting their GPU's with these days.

I'm sure I've got something laying around, I'll check teh garage.

if you want to put the hurt on a PC get Crysis. a German hardware site installed it on a $7000 triple SLI gaming rig and couldn't max out every setting. I don't have it though.
