Classmate's 06 Civic Si

Post by snaab »

As I was pulling out for lunch last week, I saw this approaching in the rearview mirror. It was the dude who sits next to me. I demanded photos, so as to share with you guys. All I know about the car is that is has almost nothing mechanically modified, but he has a sponsorship, and that's where this cash comes from. You will also see it in the next HIN calendar, as they shot it up the other day.

Holy transformers body kit!

What performance mods have been done?

Personally, I prefer my ladies a little more "low key" but this is an interesting look for sure. :)

I'd be liking it a whole bunch more is it didn't look like there was something missing when you got to the doors.

The front and back look neat, but there is just nothing in the middle tying it together.

Good choice putting $4,000 rims on your 1990 Honda Civic. That's like Betty White going out and getting her tits done.

Ah the San Francisco treat. Yeah it looks nice, I mean, the paint matches. But what does it do? Image

a real shame that he screwed up a nice looking Civic but did NO power mods. this type of guy (and thieves) are what drove me away from Hondas.

I'll admit - it's rice. But it's well done rice. Everything fits, it's painted well and the overall look is uniform - not like random cool-looking pieces slapped together.

In spite of myself, I'm liking it. But please get some performance parts in her. He needs some 'go' to match the 'show'.

haha, bunch of haters in here. The car is ultra clean, and I like it. I can understand how you see it verging on extreme.

...but none of your cars are sponsored and professionally photographed ;)

I'd hit it except for the different color hood, otherwise it's pretty clean and decent looking. Gotta give someone props for a nice clean mod like that, no matter what your tastes.

So it looks good slowly driving by.

I can appreciate the work that was put into it. I kind of like it, but I am more go and less show.
