WTB: OEM 2004 STi Suspension or Strut/Spring Combo

I'm looking for a used 2004 OEM strut/spring/tophat combo or an upgraded strut/spring combo to fit my '02 WRX. Please PM me, I can meet up anywhere in the NOVA/MD area. Thanks!

Seriously, for an 02 WRX there are better options.
Grab a set of springs for $150-$240 and and a set of KYB AGX for $400.
The AGX have a lifetime warranty and they are excellent.

I had a set of AGX struts on my 2000 Civic Si and loved them. I'm thinking I need to get a set for my WRX this spring. (get it, spring ) but seriously, they make good stuff.

I'm trying to find a setup to replace the HKS Hipermax II coilovers I currently have on the car. I like how they handle, but they are just too stiff for my long commute.

I had KYB AGXs on my Impreza RS and I really liked them, but both the adjustment knobs on the rears seized up on me big time. I bought them used, in practically new shape, but I couldn't take advantage of the warranty. I was just disappointed that I only got about a year out of them before the rears soured on me.

I was hoping to find the 04 setup for a quick fix, but I'm certainly open to other options. If anyone has a nice setup they want to trade for the Hipermax IIs I could do that as well .

Just a warning: I "rebuild" (as in re-grease, not re-valve) my 04 STI's struts about every 20k -30k. This prevents them from sticking (aka, the clunking noise that people hear). I love my suspension, but it is a bit of a $2 whore sometimes...

After you do it the first time (and break the bolts...) it's pretty easy. Remove each strut and remove a single nut up top. Separate the strut assembly and grease the fitting at the front, Reverse all of the above steps and you're done To do the two rears, it generally takes me about an hour or so.

not sure if the V8 Spec C set-up will fit, and it would also be pretty stiff

We do periodic install days, although we have been kind of lax as of late... December is full for me (weekends), but come Jan I will probably be able to help out a little
