I had Hill @ Agile tune my car on thurs. Car ran great. Haven't done anything to the since but drive it...........Went on the skyline cruise today and car ran great........NOW we get done with the cruise and on the highway my gauge beeps and shows I am boosting 23 -25 PSI 4th gear on up. Is it having to relearn the atmosphere or what?

As the weather gets colder, your tune will be more susceptible to boost creep. Are you running a catted DP? Running a catless DP increases the likelihood of boost creep as well. Only thing you can do is get a retune or get a separate tune to run for cold weather.

What was your tune's boost? As Will said, it might be boost creep (You could creep a couple of PSI). The fact that it happen on the same day, just later in it leads me to think it's something else though. Maybe a boost line blew off or something. In any case, I'd stay off boost till you figure it out if you were not tuned for those boost levels.

I was tuned for 18 PSI... 1st through 3rd she boost fine shift to 4th and AHHHHHH. I don't see how any line could have came apart, I have only touched the SRI and exhaust.

What do you mean by "touched". Did you replace something?
BTW, it's fairly normal for there to be no boost creep in 1st-3rd since the load isn't that high. It's after 4th that the loads are high enough for any boost creep to show it's ugly head.

Touched, as in, installed before the tune
Hill tuned it in 4th and it didn't creep on the dyno. It was pretty warm that day. I am wondering if it is the colder wheather

Did it creep while on the Skylline drive (aka, did you all hit 4th)? The reason I ask is because of you saying it was dyno tuned. Dyno's don't put as much load on the car as real driving does, so sometimes the tunes are a little off. Some dyno's can put a real life load on a car, but I don't know if their's in one that can.

On the cruise I never boosted in 4th. lots of traffic and turns. Maintained a level of adultness. After the tune on thursday I went into work and on my lunch break about midnight, I had full boost through 5th on a back road. I was boosting fine, unless I didn't notice it (which I don't think happened) I have a peak warning light and beep and it never went off until after the mountain cruise.

Hmm.... wastegate arm disconnected? Damn, this is a toughy. Any chance you could come to the meet on Thursday? We can get a better look at it then.

I have sunday and monday nights off. The meet starts at 7:15pm and I have to leave for work at 9pm. I probably could get ready for work and meet you guys there for a little bit and just head straight in to work.
edit: Ok, I looked at the map for the meet and I am thinking I will make it. I work on Ft. Belvoir and its not too far from there.
