cheap computer bits

Drwrx reminded me...the carputer project has stalled out as of lately and that's unacceptable. If anyone has any spare parts laying around let me know. So far I have nothing really worth using. A few things I'm just going to buy new but as for used, here are my requirements:
Acceptable processor... let's say at least 1.6GHz
Capable of playing music/video files
512 RAM (1GB preferred)
>100GB storage
Bluetooth/wi-fi availability preferred
Preferably non-proprietary parts (ie. i don't want a dell carptuer)
Capable of running GPS nav software and interfacing with a GPS receiver (probably bluetooth)
past that anything goes. this is not any sort of mind-blowing rig. It just needs to perform some basic things and nothing more.
I already have the touchscreen, now I just need to get a computer hooked up to it! It won't be playing any real video games (except some Sega Genesis ROMs) I've been keeping an eye peeled on craigslist but pittsburgh isn't offering much of what I want.
