Verizon filed suit against the FCC last week for their open requirements of the 700MHz spectrum to be auctioned off early next year.

Apparently Verizon doesn't like the fact they have to allow connection from ANY device and allow ANY lawful software to run on the network.

Yeah I'd have Verizon if they didn't suck and cripple everything for anger and profit.
