Texas doesn't have too many redeeming qualities but chili should be at the top of the list of reasons NOT to let them spin off their own country and split from the rest of us.

There's got to be some good chili places in Houston. Probably about ten times better than Hard Times. LOOK HARDER! :D

I think it implies that simply calling it something different means they can charge more for it.
