Oh my.. they certainly are going down in price. Do I take the easy way out and get started on the STi or stick to the original (much harder) plan and build up the RS?
...or do i do both....
i can't get it yet until I'm working full-time. Freelance can be lucrative (and so far has been) but I can't rely on it to pay the bills every month since the income can be so spastic.
We'll see though... we'll see..
Thanks for the heads up, Will. You all know I've been aching for one, and can see one on the horizon, but it is still just out of reach. You all put up with my rants about looking to get one and such and I appreciate you tolerating it. There is a good chance this one isn't the one for me... but if you ever see one for sale feel free to send the info my way. Eventually it'll happen.

buy the sti. building up the rs will be expensive, and you'll still be just as bored with it as you are now.

as I've said before, if money is tight look for a good used WRX. going from an auto RS to a stage 2 WRX will be an amazing improvement. spend some time getting used to the new capabilities and do some driver training events (autoX school, HPDE, ect). after a year or two (or three) upgrade to STi.
just a thought.
