ok, so i'm trying to install the utec map selector tonight. but i'm not sure what all the wires go to coming from the switch.

the white plug goes into the utec, i know that. but the red/black leads coming from that same plug, as well as the blue/white preterminated wires are my issues.

any help is greatly appreciated. thanks.

Those other wires are associated with the launch control/clutch/ aux solenoid wiring. Check the Apendix C, D, & E in the user's manual. They don't have to go anywhere. Just wrap them up and tuck them where they don't get in the way.

All you need to worry about is getting the selector switch wires to the accessory plug, plugging it into the UTEC and having the red dial set to the correct spot ('0'), ground the utec and plug the harness wires in.
