Chicken N Waffles!

Post by MikeO »

I saw you 'goin at it' with the owner of this fine looking 06 aspen white STi on nasioc. I think it's an amazing deal for 30k with what comes with it and it is the IDEAL STi i have been looking for. So i'll be talking to mi madre about checking it out in person later today.

I just figured i'd ask what you thought.

Here is the link in case you forgot: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthr ... ?t=1221235

That much power on pump (no WI) without an upgraded turbo.... I'd have to wonder about how long that tune will actually last...

Actually, I'd want to see that dyno sheet with an AFR read out!
340whp and 380ftlbs on stock ported turbo? I've seen TD06-20Gs make less.

car is WAY too modded.

Anyways for the 06 i listed... it KKB's for like 29k so i mean i don't know how much lower i should offer him. I know not to pay for aftermarket parts or anything but like... 30k for it doesn't seem bad to me.

It's actually a very nicely modded and very good looking car, and it's probably worth what he's asking. I just think his dyno numbers are inflated.

Zen and the art of buying a used car: a used car is worth exactly what somebody will pay for it. if you have the cash and think it's a fare price, then it is. :)
