Seat Question

Post by Cereb Daithi »

Haha sorry about the constant questions but I feel better about running everything past you all rather than taking my chances on nasioc...

are the 05 USDM STi seats pretty much identical to the 2005 WRX/RS seats? (apart from the fact that the STi seats are blue) I ask because I know some STi guys like to change the interior to black. Personally I love the blue and just wanted to check to make sure they are the same before i put them up on nasioc and make a fool of myself

The seats are similar. Sti seats have additional bolstering. Everything in the interior is directly swappable. If you want to get STi carpet, seats and door cards, they'll just bolt right in from 04 and up.

BTW, on the STi rear seat you lose the pass-through.

cars are just bigger in general. compare today's civic SI to the CRX SI or even Civic SI of years ago. To say nothing of the Prelude. Cars have just gotten bigger.
