Should I save a couple dollars to drive an extra hour away to take it to ARFab or only go 30 minutes to AndrewTech and pay a little more?
I know Dan and trust Dan who works at AndrewTech to do a good job and do it right. I have never been to AR Fab but only hear good things about them. Tough choice...

I'm not familiar with either garage, so I'll refrain from voting, but time always seems to be worth more than money

+1 on both counts. you can make more money, you can't make more time.

Yeah, I am thinking that saving 2hrs round trip is heading me towards paying a little extra to go to AndrewTech b/c this is my only car to use. Plus, I have already taken my car there so I have dealt w/ them and I 100% trust Dan to make sure it gets done correctly.

Hey Will,
I don't think that you can go wrong with either place, but make sure to look at the availability of the two. I know Andrew's usually has a backlog, where as Ar Fab might be able to take you sooner. I trust Dan from Andrew's and Howard and Tommy from Ar Fab with anything on my car. All great people and great mechanics!

Yeah, it is a dilemma but I think the distance with be the determining factor on this one. So how is your ride doing w/ the new engine, have you gotten through the break in yet? Didn't you say your turbo seals went, did that get fixed already?

So, it's certain that the head gasket went?
Sorry to hear it. That's the first one I've EVER heard of.

No, I am not certain yet...but there aren't many other things to rule out before it gets to that.
