I find myself wondering what the big red F could have done to prevent these cars from dying such hideous deaths. In the case of the 150mph-gets-airborne, better front spoilers or diffusers might have helped. Perhaps better brakes would have helped. But as I think about it, what really kills me is these cars could have had StoppOnnaDime brakes, and it wouldn't have mattered as the owners clearly wouldn't have used them anyways.

So it would seem that a car's propensity to become extinct is directly proportional to the quality of the vehicle, multiplied by the product of the intelligence of its userbase and the quantity of vehicles in production.

In other words, the Enzo is about as doomed as the Edsel. :(

Wow!! Crashed and burned it looks like. Then people ask me why I'll never buy a car that fast. I had enough near-misses in the six months I've owned this STi! Not to mention multiple run ins with the law. If I got something like that Enzo I'd surely end up either dead or in jail.

his reach exceeded his grasp. a common issue with humans in general and the insanely wealthy in particular.

I find it amazing that so far everybody has walked away from these crashes that (to my untrained eye) occurred at very high rates of speed.

I'm amazed that everyone has walked away from these crashes too. People with more money than brains should hand over some of the money to me... hehe
