Ok I know i'm gonna get many questions, even some calls on this. Yes I am selling my new STi LIMITED. Very short lived, but has to be done. This is hands down the greatest car I have owned. So this is a bit saddening.

-Do I really want to? No not really.
-Is there anything wrong with it? Nope, nothing at all.
-Completely Stock
-Broken in properly.
-1st 1K oil change done.
-Clean and Zainoed

Here is the link to my craigslist ad: http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/nva/ ... 84392.html

I'm asking 33K OBO. This car is practically brand new and you guys know how sick this car is. Most people are paying over sticker for this plus some. Here is the chance to get one practicaly new, already broken in right. And with out all the BS from the Stealership!

Send me a PM if you are serious and would like to come check it out or test-drive.

the only other reason i could ever see wanting to sell that car would be insanely high insurance... i'd have to imagine the insurance of a limited edition STi of which only 800 were made would be quite high...

it's a combo of all the above... This is really going to be someones gain. I hope they take care of it!

Cool Cool... yeah it isn't cheap. I have gotten a few offers.. some need time, some were bogus offers for like 27K... I have one guy that seems pretty serious. We'll see what happens.

I am also selling my wheels/tires... I'll start a new thread

apparently some of those idiots on Nasioc can be real assholes. Theyre talking about R3D being an "idiot" for selling it. Very stupid stuff indeed.

rude NASIOC'ers? you can't be serious...

that's the price you pay for such a large internet community me thinks. don't take any personal attacks too personal over there.

Hey Celeb...

I have to thank you for standing up for me in the Nasioc Forum... I never even saw that thread as I jumped off nasioc right away after selling it and was getting flamed for it and my wheels, and just didn't have time to battle with morons that feel strong and tough sitting behind the keyboard... so sad.

That guy got super lucky getting that car for 30K, and the dealership that bought it from me is calling me the stupid kid that can't afford it b/c I out sold them at their own dealership. I got him to buy it from me for 31,500. That is un-heard of for a trade in and the day after we finalized he knew it b/c he wasn't smart enough to call a suby dealer before hand. He tried to list it for 34,999 for a couple weeks.. BWHAHAHA and then wholesaled it to Farrish for 30,000 so he lost around 1500 on it.

I bought the car for 32K got a hell of a deal on the LTD as 32,243 was invoice and 900 holdback. So I got into thier hoold back a fcouple hundred. Most people buying them for sticker or a bit under. So I lost some money on the car of course, but had to do the quick sell.

I loved that car and do miss it, but like you said my reasons were justified. I put a pretty big chunk of money down for that car, about 10K to be exact. A chunk of that was given as an early x-mas gift from my awesome girlfriend. That was more than nice of her and I felt bad the whole time from accepting a big chunk of money. Then I found out that she was having a tough time covering some tuition costs for her Masters and I didn't want her to have to skip a semester so I could have a car.... that just isn't right...so I sold in time so she could fund her tuition and I feel so much better about things.

STi LTD a great car yes... education for someone I care about is worth more and more important.

So yeah all my hype was short lived and i'm sorry I didn't make it out to any meets to show you guys the car.

Again Celeb... thanks for havin' my back homie!

I forgot to mention... I bought a 2003 325Xi which is AWD so i'm still cool in DCAWD :-) heheh I got that for 21K and am very happy with it, pretty slick car.

Insurance for my STi LTD 1140 per 6mo term
Insurance for my BMW 440 per 6mo term

And i'm saving to invest in some property wher emy bro lives... I just realized I never really gave you guys a longer explanation and didn't answer some of your older posts!

you can hang out here no matter what you drive as long as you're "cool" with everybody.

you didn't need to go into detail about the financial reasons behind the quick sale, but since you did I have to ask: where did you stumble across a girlfriend that gives $10k gifts?!?!

I'd be happy to find one with a steady job...

Wow Luke! I can totally understand why you did that now. That was going beyond being a gentleman! You definitely showed your love for her! Glad to hear things worked out in the end. Definitely make it out soon, it's been FOREVER since we've seen you!

thanks gents... the 10K was the total down... she gave half which is still a lot!

Yeah she is great so I don't feel bad about ditching the LTD that much.

She showed how much she cared by doing that and I had to return the favor!

I'll try to make it out there soon... it def. has been way too long!

No problem R3D. i knew you had a good reason before the explination and i usually don't even get remotely involved with those nasioc idiots, however i could not jst idly sit by this time.

wow that is a lot... well it does get better with age! My rates significantly dropped when I hit 25. Just keep the driving record clean... if you have some points go take a class it will lower your insurance!
