Gotta love the sextuple trumpets sticking out top. Note also it is non-turbo.

That is not an engine, that is a work of art! Pretty interesting how the trumpets go to the hood plenum....

I personally think it's pretty interesting as the new skyline is supposed to be a VQ35 or VQ45 with a pair of turbos on it. I would have expected the V motor was a lot harder to put into the skyline than that. Maybe the setup of the RB26 is such that the engine is pretty wide to begin with, or the angle of the VQ motors is narrow (like the VR6 motors). At any rate, it looks like it shouldn't be a real problem for Nissan to get a pair of turbos onto a VQ motor and put it into a reasonable car (although I much prefer the look of the R34 to the 350Z)

Did you all catch the Impreza on there too? I don't like the McDonald's interior though.

That lowered roof makes it almost a whole different car.

I dig the chopped top. in my mind it does a great job of linking what we're doing today to the "tuners" that started it all. I had seen a few pix, but none of the interior before.

two thumbs up.
