DCAWD Meet - Wednesday, March 2nd, 2005 - Dave and Buster's

Post by Sabre »

Hello all,
The next meeting of DC All Wheel Drive will be on Wednesday, 3/2/05 at 7:15. This is a regular meet, so we will be meeting for a little while, then going inside to enjoy the fun! If any one has not been to D&B's, think of it as an adult arcade. Lot's of fun things to do (including a 8 person driving game that we usually dominate!). Since it's D&B's, after 10pm you will need to be 21 to stay inside unless you have someone over 25 "watch" you. While we are there, please stay out of the right of ways. No standing in the road and such, just stay in between or infront of the cars :) If hoods open, only leave them open long enough to do you business.

When you get to the mall, just follow the direction on the signs to Dave and Busters. When you come to the top of the parking lot, make a left and head to the corner, we will be there :) If you don't see us, keep looking... I'm usually there by 6:45 or so.

Dave and Busters is located at:
White Flint Mall
11301 ROCKVILLE PIKE
Noth Bethesda, MD
(301) 230-5151

Link of map: here

Most up to date information found in our forum here.

Let me know if you are coming so that we can try to keep an accurate count.

PLEASE keep things reasonable coming into the parking lot. Take care all and I hope to see you there!

Note: This is an AWD, we meet no matter what Mother Nature throws at us! We are not retricted in anyway to AWD, we weclome anyone with a love of cars!

Good choice putting $4,000 rims on your 1990 Honda Civic. That's like Betty White going out and getting her tits done.

Assuming traffic is light, I'll be there too.

Anyone notice my blatant post-whoring recently in DCAWD? I almost feel like a true internetter person thingy .... majobber ... like ... whatever you call those people. Oh yeah, losers!

Woo-hoo!! I now actually have a rating! One star, baby!! Look at it, in all it's twinkly glory.

Now if I can only make it to a "Specialist" on NASIOC. I've been there since, what, 2002? It's been three years, I think it's about time I stopped being listed as a n00b.

N00b's always think they shouldn't be a n00b anymore... haha. Atleast we know you're "special" ;)

Ya, I noticed you're racking up the posts on here!!! I need to make some more to maintain my lead...

Going to be hard considering most are on NABISCO and such. These forums really are for one purpose, to help other DCAWD memebers. The people that look at them are the long term DCAWD members and respond. I'll be posting a rather popular review here soon though, so that should probably bolster up the members #'s ;)

You guys have been asking for content ideas ... well I have an idea. You know what we need? A section of the site devoted to member's cars. Where they could show pictures of their cars and list what they've done to them ... call it a "gallery" of sorts. :D j/k Julian. We know you've got other things to do besides this. But that doesn't stop us from ripping on ya.

P.S.: Has anyone else noticed AJ's new avatar? Not bad...

I know, you can thank me later. Oh wait, nevermind.

Post whore? Me? NevAr!

Alan has more posts than I do. Well, he has 1 post more than I do. I'm still but a lowly tricycle.

AJ
And I drive a slow straight line car. Put a curve in there however,

LA is next week. If flights get delayed, I'm going to have to pick my Mom coming back from India. Hockey will get rained out though...
