Check .kkrieger out. I LOVED the scene demo's back in the 486 days and this brought a lot of that back for me

If you don't know what the demo scene was, it was people back in the 80's/90's doing all kinds of wicked 3D and text effects... on 486 hardware. Puts some of what we see today to shame. Check (NWS) this out for example.

oh wow i remmber this!!! i remember also when the group that made it emailed it to every game mag for a review and publicity and how very few of them actually even gave it a chance because it was under 1MB and had the hacker-licious virus-tastic name of .kkrieger! i had totally forgotten about it.... apparently that havent developed it much further since when i saw it about a year and a half ago
