200 skilled drivers? This "rally" is for rich people who have fantastic cars but no talent to use them for what they're for. So they race on the highway. Brilliant. Maybe a couple of them are actually skilled, but I doubt it.

I saw this movie back in the 80's, had Bert Reynolds in it, and a chimp I think...
