Yeah...this is all my fault...but it is so much easier to blame someone else than myself so here goes.
I was playing around with the GPO tool in the GPMC on my 2003 DC and *thought* I was only doing a preview...or whatever its called...of one of the canned Microsoft policies and accidentally applied it to my domain.
Whoopsie!!!
Now I have had to spend the last day or so ripping it back out and I have been pretty successful. My saving grace is that we are a TINY developement environment and that if it got TOO out of hand I could wipe out the domain and start from scratch and not really lose too much. Except for the Mac and linux integration...so I guess blowing away the domain isn't really an option as recreating all that would be a pain in the ass.
Moral of the story: Pay attention to what you are doing! Even if the chick from upstairs with the really nice rack comes by to visit.
So feel free to make fun of me....
