SPOTTED: Polonious Maximus?

Yesterday (20-APR-2006) along Braddock Rd crossing 495 around 6:50pm. WRB/gold '04/'05 STi with Hella Super Tones. I was headed the other way, stuck in un-Godly traffic.
I waved but it looked like you were concentrating on traffic around you.
