I had an idea for a similar scoop in my head, but reversed from this design because I still have my TMIC. interesting. would like to see it in person and painted to match.

and dont trade your hood... what will be there to comensate for the wing?

Oh, I'd keep the wing just because it does have a function

Like when the turbo inlet hose was busted, you could push the car around by the wing ... like a shopping cart.

I don't think the tradeoff is worth it. I don't miss the shopping cart look at all. And I finally can see everything in the rearview mirror. It's a win-win if you ask me.
but I do kinda like that scoop. I would prefer a plain flat "RS" type carbon hood. Now that would be perfect.
