It's probably a seizure and they just use the plates that were on the car when it was taken.

Haha, that reminds me. On the way to work I saw a red pimped out toyota corrola. It had NICE bling bling...like the tiny 13" deep dish "Pep Boys discount of the year" wheels, all the chrome trim that you could get on the edges of the car (especially love it around the wheels well), some sweet checkered vinyl graphics, some dumpster sale body kit, and to top it off it had faux side chrome exhaust pipes running the length of the door, but it still had the stock muffler Yeah, that made my morning.

I was so pleased with the razr that I left verizon to get the first razr available two years ago (cingular) and was so impressed with the newest model (v3c) that i went back to verizon as soon as it became available.
