Blue STi, Dulles Toll Road

Saw this slow-@$$ STi, puttering along on the Toll Road this morning. Gave the guy the wave and he gave me the finger!
Licence plate was EE something... missed the last part, he was driving too slow.

Funny, I saw a Red XT who came up like a bat out of hell on the Dulles Toll Rd. this morning too! I gave him the
sign.
What's funny is I was going to post this up first!
