Yeah, they have an STi 6spd installed but made it RWD instead of AWD.sabre wrote:Did he say 420 AT THE REAR WHEELS? WTF?

Yeah, I think I will probably stop when I get around 350-400WHP...over that is just killing the reliability of our machines!
As far as I know, the tranny can handle 350AWHP before problems occur. My buddy Frank is running an FPGreen w/ the stock tranny but w/ upgraded clutch. He will soon have a front mount running his Alky setup...not sure how much PSI he will be running at that time but it will be over 21PSI for sure. I think he is maxing at 20PSI w/ a helix top mount but he is not currently using the alky but it is ready and waiting for a custom tune. He probably has about 350AWHP already.sabre wrote:So sad that they did thatsirwilliam wrote:Yeah, they have an STi 6spd installed but made it RWD instead of AWD.sabre wrote:Did he say 420 AT THE REAR WHEELS? Can the Forester transmission hold that much without PPG's and such? I know the 4.44 rear end helps, but I didn't think it would help out that much!
BTW, You might want to check out the "CUTN EDG" STI over at IWSTI.com He's probably going to be in the neighborhood of 600AWHP reliably after he's done with his STI.
