Each year, different embassies are part of an embassy tour. I went on the tour a couple years ago.
Denmark = very nice embassy
Mali = sh*t-hole townhouse that was falling apart
Moral of the story: poor countries don't or won't fund their embassies well. Maybe the ambassador is on the "outs" with the dictator or the ruling party would rather funnel money into their own pockets.

Wasn't a bumper sticker.. more of a side decal. But it was laugh-worthy
