Sounds like an incredible material. Honestly though, I know it will find uses for transistors, but I have a feeling by the time it comes to market for that, there will be light gates for transistors. I can see where this could be used in solar cells (because of the it's tun-ability) and low end electronics chips. Very cool tech either way :)
