contemplating a NUC build

I know they're expensive but the wife needs a new machine and I'd like to build one of these just to play with it. Here's my proposed parts list (amazon prices, they're easy to deal with APO shipping).

Intel NUC Kit NUC5i7RYH Barebone System: $477
Samsung 850 EVO 250 GB M.2 SSD (MZ-N5E250BW): $110
Kingston Impact SODIMM - 16GB Kit* (2x8GB) - DDR3L 1866MHz CL11: $112

Total cost: $699 (I have a Win8 key)

She's not a gamer so the only intensive thing this box will ever need to do is occasionally play full screen 1080p video and maybe some light spreadsheet work. Some might say the specs are overkill, I say it's future proof. And with no moving parts and plenty of air flow it should last a long time.

What do y'all think?

Looks like a great system. VERY good choice on the SSD. I have an 850 SATA drive in my new laptop and it boots in about 2 seconds into Win 7x64. I would have put the M.2, but it actually doesn't fit... they only made room for the "half height" M.2 drives in the laptop :( M.2 is where the future is though.

Looks like a great box dude :)
