I am the third owner. We've owned the car since feb 2013. It's a great car, but we are selling because the Outback isn't fast. (we bought a BMW 535xi wagon; twin turbo inline 6, is much faster)

Is that factory tint by any chance? If it is aftermarket, then I don't think you wouldn't be able to get by in Virginia with it for very long.

The only windows we got tinted were the front two (driver and passenger fronts), the rest is factory tint. If it is undesirable to anyone, I can have it removed.
