The car runs and drives. Everything in the car works. Everything! It throws NO check engine codes...
Parts that are damaged, besides the obvious body damage, are: front drivers side light, drivers side taillight, radiator, cooling fans, engine fuse block missing cover, oil filler tube broken, and rear hatch interior trim broken. All minor.
Ok, so we have a damaged radiator and cooling fans and we're driving it? Hmmm...

So long as the motor/tranny aren't damaged, that is a pretty good price.
