30 Gallon Fish Tank w/ Stand

I have for sale a 30 gallon deep style aquarium on a black magnetic glass door stand. Very nice setup, hate to see it go but I'll be moving soon and don't have the resources to move it with me. Tank also comes with a 9" tiger oscar, 5" red terror, and 7" jack dempsey. All are in great healthy shape, I make sure to do 30% water changes every week. Tank also comes with assorted chemicals for doing water changes as well as medicine and all the supplies needed to do water changes and clean the tank.

30 Gallon Aquarium (Comes with a Glass Top and Light)
Matching Black Magnetic Glass Door Stand
Aqua Clear Power Filter for 20-50 Gallon Aquariums (Filters 200gph)
5 Gallon Bucket (Also have a silicone hose that goes perfectly around your kitchen faucet so it's easier to do water changes)
Vacuum and Brush
Magnetic Brush
Air Bubble along with 50ft of tube and a 6" rock
Heat Adjustable Heater
Assorted Decorations (I have 6 rocks for raising the PH and 2 decorative pieces of wood along with 5 different fake plants.)
Tank has sand currently in it (Healthier for the fish than rocks)
I also have a gallon plastic fish bowl I keep smaller feeder fish in
