Since Shawn was kind enough to put this together, I figured I would share :)

I'll see your 1.8L and raise you .4L.

Or maybe I'll see your 1.8L and subtract .5L, a few pistons and 2 drive wheels. Either way I will be out there having fun.

 Indeed :) I was going to say we should swap for a few laps, but now that you have a Suby, I guess I don't have any bargaining chips left!!!

Registration for the 1st event and the season subscription opened today:

Shawn and I are in, who else? :)

I'm debating the season subscription vs. registering for each event. The hard part is, I don't know how many of the events I can make. The subscription will save me a event and a half ($90) in $$$, so it is very tempting.

You don't start planning out your whole year once the season schedules come out?
I already know what events I plan to make in Oct/Nov.

Signing up gives you a reason to make the event since you already paid for it.

I might have 2 drivers as well :) Suzie won't make the first event, but she'll probably make some of the follow on ones :)

What tires did you (Shawn) get for the RS? Those seemed like a decent deal! How many races do you think you'll get on them?

We bought the Firestone Winterforce tires.
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp ... &tab=Sizes
They are cheap snow tires. I have no idea how many races. This is the first time we have used snow tires. Or you could step up to Prepared and buy some used rally tires and have even more fun.

I have also heard good things about the hankook iPike and they might be cheaper depending on shipping and sales at the time.

Skin is a little toasty but yesterday was the perfect start to the new season. I just need to figure out how to make the orange wheels cone-repellant. :D
