I'll go to Danville for the ALMS, but I wouldn't bet to highly on the Baltimore event.
City of Baltimore has canceled their contract with the race developers, accounts have not been settled from last event, and no permits have been applied for.

Baltimore is actively looking for new race developers to take over, so there is hope!
